Participants, please NOTE:

STRUCTURE OF THE PRELIMINARY ROUND:

i. The Preliminary Round will comprise of Stage Presentation only. – The competitor will present 1 set of matching free-pour lattes and 1 set of matching designer lattes.
ii. Participants will be provided with a semi-automatic machine, coffee grinder and barista tools.
